The start of the 2016 Major League Soccer season is only days away and Atlanta supporters group Terminus Legion got together at Red Brick Brewing Company for Terminalia 2016.
Terminalia kicks off everything Terminus Legion does over the next 12 months. With beer from Red Brick and food from the Blaxican food truck, over 150 people gathered for the most exciting event Terminus Legion throws all year.
Members picked up their membership kits consisting of a scarf and a membership card with discounts for local businesses, and were able to buy other merchandise like t-shirts, stickers, hats and more. In addition there was a raffle throughout the event with lots of great prizes from Soccer in the Streets, Atlanta United FC, Red Brick Brewing, Adidas Soccer, and Stoddard’s Gun and Range. FIFA 16 was set up in the tasting room so there was something for everyone.
Atlanta United takes the field in 2017 and several members of the front office joined Terminus Legion for Terminalia 2016. TL took over the Atlanta United snapchat account for the event and Ann Rodriguez, Vice President of Business Operations, and Sarah Kate Noftsinger, Director of Marketing & Fan Engagement, sat down for a quick chat with the Terminus Legion video crew. Look for that content in the coming days. Also in attendance were Phoday Dolleh of the Atlanta Silverbacks and Eric Morrison of Georgia Revolution, the NPSL clubs in the Atlanta area.
